1. HOW TO REGISTER IN BIXIN
Download Bixin APP, Enter【Phone numeber】in the login page >> Click【Register/Login】to obtain the SMS verification code >> set up password >> Done!
2. HOW TO CHANGE PROFILE
Edit profile, such as nickname, portrait, gender, UID, etc, through Bixin APP “Me” >> “Change profile”, mind that UID only can be changed once.
3. HOW TO CHANGE/RECOVER PASSWORD
Follow the instructions in Bixin APP “Me” >> “Settings” to change/recover your password.
4. CHANGE PHONE NUMBER
If the old number still works, your can change it in Bixin APP “Me” >> “Settings” >> “Phone Number”. Otherwise, please contact customer service for help.
5. HELP WITH LOCKED ACCOUNT

1. How to verify your identity?
Bixin APP “Me” >> “Identity Verification” to verify your identity.
For users located outside mainland China (including users from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan), we support passport, ID card and driver’s license verification. The full steps are: Identity Info → Face Recognition You can complete the identity verification after these two steps.
2. How to safeguard your account?
Please manage your login/payment password properly. Make sure you use your identity card or other valid credentials to complete the identity verification. It is recommended that the cell phone NO. you use to register at Bixin is associated with you. If you encounter any issues, contact customer service at once.
