As we have been notified by server providers, identity verification service will go under upgrade and be suspended from 20:00 (UTC+8) to 22:00 (UTC+8) October 23, 2019. During this period, functionalities such as new users’ real name verification, changing/adding bank card in the OTC module will all be suspended from use. Users that have completed facial recognition will not be affected.
