Due to Ethereum’s Istanbul hard fork taking place at block height #9069000, deposit and withdrawal functionalities related to Ethereum will be suspended at 17:00 (GMT+8), December 7, 2019. Deposit and withdrawal functionalities related to all ERC20 tokens, including USDT (ERC-20), PAX, and TUSD, will be suspended at 19:00 (GMT+8), December 7, 2019. No other functionalities regarding Ethereum and ERC20 tokens are affected.

We will restore deposit and withdrawal for Ethereum and ERC20 tokens when the Ethereum blockchain becomes stable and safe to use after the hard fork.
